Custom Post Types with proper UI planned?

Hello, i am trying out your plugin currently and facing an issue as most of my content is inside custom post types. I am quite tech-savvy but not a coder so i feel like an important update for the plugin would be for it to automatically understand and check for custom post types. I know that a lot of plugins can do that (in example: ajax search pro plugin) so technically it should be possible and code is available to implement it (hopefully easily?).
