Custom post with metabox

I have a custom post type and for some meta boxes i added the post form frontend with status pending i also show the meta boxes in post type listing page in backend (dashboard) when i open the admin panel and i publish the pending post the meta values are turn empty in datebase and nothing shows me in the list…? please help
