Custom Posts Types Broken After Update

I just installed an update for Custom Post Type UI (CPT UI) today (.8.5 -> .9.0)and now none of my custom post types work on the public side. I can see all the info and data on the admin side (so, nothing is lost), but my website either displays a 404 or goes to the front page of the site whenever I try to bring up any post that is tied to a custom post type (or a custom taxonomy term tied to a custom post type). Everything looks fine on the admin side. I can’t figure out why this is happening. Prior to the update, all was fine.
