Custom Price problem

    Hi there

    I have an extra box to type custom price and the text indicating the minimum value. This is on the right-side below campaign stats and author.
    Only the box, no purchase button.

    I’m using the Contribute now button above and opens a small window to type the custom price. That is working fine.

    I also had an extra custom price box, and button on the bottom left but I was able to remove it with
    #description .edd_download_purchase_form {
    display: none; }
    in CSS

    I just can’t find out a way to get rid of the single empty box remaining.

    Crowdfunding version is 1.8.2
    edd-Custom-Prices version is 1.3.4
