Hi, I am using the Ultimate member plugin but in the registration I have a problem. The problem is that when a user register, the Ultimate member doesn’t create the player automatically. I have seen that in the original wordpress registration is working fine.
Another problem is that in the same page I don’t see the checkbox of the select team.
How can I do?
I can’t use the original wordpress registration module because is very basic.

Hi!

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, our automated functions work only with the regular WordPress forms. We have no control over custom forms, you’ll need some custom code (or a plugin) to either add more options to the WP forms or have the SP functions implemented in a different form.

Maybe your best bet is using a plugin to add new fields to the default WP form then.

That should work fine.
