I am not sure if I understand that correctly. Before I get into that first I want to know when that content is hidden, does that leave the space there or display as there was nothing there?
I am using hide this plugin and I tested eyesonly and they both leave one line space when the partial content is hidden. Does that happen with this plugin too?
I don’t mind if it doesn’t hide in page source.

No, the plugin doesn’ leave anything, such as blank spaces or blank lines. If the reader hasn’t rights to read a private paragraph, he cannot realize that there is a “hidden” paragraph.
