I want to be able to send a different confirmation message to the user based on their answer to a question in the form.

I have a radio field asking them to rate our service 1 – 10. If it is a 10 we want to give them a link to goto XYZ.
If they give us a 1 I want to give them a different link.
And if it’s in-between I want to just say thank you for their response.

Is this possible?

Conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.
