Custom (Set) Hourly Rate?

Hello,

I am using this for one of my clients and am running into a problem and I am not sure if it is me or a limitation of your product.

My client has a set hourly rate for his limosines. For example, the minimum hourly rate for two hours is $250 but if a customer orders more hours, for example three, the hourly rate for three hours is not $500 but $375.00. Is it possible to set custom hours so the if the customer orders more hours they would match the hourly rates below? If so, how can I do this? I am including the rates below, any help would be great! 2 Hours = $250.00
3 Hours = $375.00
4 Hours = $450.00
5 Hours = $475.00
6 Hours = $570.00
7 Hours = $665.00
8 Hours = $760.00
