Custom shipping option

I am quite new to WordPress and Woocomerce. So need a little help.

So basically I need a shipping method, that would allow user to select one adress from a dropdown box. Lets say there are 50 delivery adresses and the customer has to choose the one closest to him.

And this should appear in the order information, what has the customer chosen.

I cant find anything like that. Even anything close to that.

Any help apreciated.
