    Hello, I’m stuck at the loading page on customising the shipping provider (Janio Asia) https://tracker.janio.asia/

    Any advise? the issue still persists even cached or reactivated the plugin.

    Hi, we can’t replicate this issue, it might be a JS conflict with another plugin, you can deactivate all plugins and keep only AST and WooCommerce active and clear your browser cache and try again, then activate the other plugins one by one and check which one creates the conflict.

    Hi, I did as per what your advised. but the issue still persists. I even tried deactivating all except Woocommerce but to no avail.

    Maybe check in incognito as we do not see any issue adding a custom provider.
