    Hi,

I am using YayMail and I’ve tried registering custom shortcodes using the yaymail_customs_shortcode filter as documented here:
    https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaymail/upper-area-of-the-editor-screen/custom-shortcode

I tried both simple static shortcodes and dynamic ones (with $args['order']) during real orders, not test emails.

None of them are rendering any output in the final email.

I’ve disabled all other plugins except WooCommerce and YayMail, cleared cache, and still – nothing.

I’m using a standard WooCommerce setup and confirmed the correct shortcode format like:

    [yaymail_custom_shortcode_test]

Can you please help me troubleshoot what could be blocking the shortcodes from working? Is there anything else that must be enabled?

    Thank you in advance!
