    Hi,

I’m trying to replace a main sidebar on my bbpress pages, except of the front forum page. I created a new custom sidebar, enabled the function of allowing the main sidebar to be replaced and assigned newly created sidebar to a selected page, but it doesn’t show up.
Can you please help me figure it out?

I actually managed my custom sidebar to appear.
But now I have another problem. I created custom sidebar for my BuddyPress forum pages (including Posts, Topics, Replies). And I made settings for new sidebar location to show up on Forums, Posts, Topics, Replies. The custom sidebar appears on those pages except of the Main Group Page. This group page has only sidebar “In archive”, which I don’t know how to change. It doesn’t change even if manually edit it and assign a proper sidebar. BUT, when I change sidebar settings location to appear on Pages as well as other Post Types above, – it appears on Group Page. But once I make the same settings for my other group pages, the newly created sidebar overwrites the previous. I hope I explained myself clear.

So the problem is, how do I assign custom sidebar to a Group Page and get rid of that “In archive” sidebar?
    Thank you!

    Hi @iryna_b,

    Thank you for your question.

You can set custom sidebar for the BuddyPress Groups page by setting it in the Groups page edit screen.

Please advise if you have more questions.

    Kind Regards,
