    I uninstalled all the plugins and I reactivated them one by one. The problem is this plugin. Why?

    Could you share a bit more information about your site? What is your URL? What is the theme you are using? what version of PHP do you have running?

    I look forward to hearing from you!

    Is it possible to have an answer?
    Thank you so much

    Hello @rlm23rainbowweb

    Hope you are doing well!

    Just to clarify, is the Custom Sidebars plugin is located inside Plugin > All Plugins? Please try re-installing the plugin and updating your current version of WordPress.

    If re-installing the plugin will not work, please enable debugging. Add the following to wp-config.php:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Visit the wp-admin/widgets.php/ page and check the wp-content/debug.log file for errors.

    Let us know what you will find in the debug.log.

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Thank you for using Custom Sidebars. I am going to mark this topic resolved because we haven’t heard from you in awhile and are unable to replicate the issue. If this was not resolved we can reopen it. Thanks again!
