I just gave this plugin a quick try and overall it looks good. Noticed a couple things that will help me (and hopefully others).
    – I noticed that when the plugin is enabled, the custom primary sidebar on my page got automatically reverted to the default primary sidebar, which is not what I want. It works just fine, if I disable the plugin. FYI, I’m using the Best Business theme.
    – I didn’t quite see the option in Settings to keep the TOC at the top of the page when scrolling. I just want to evaluate how that looks?

    Thanks,
    – Nitin

No idea why that would be the case. ezTOC has no code in regards to sidebars. Perhaps the “custom” sidebar (not sure what exactly that would be “custom” vs a regular sidebar) is not really a sidebar???

That is a feature in the widget. Add the widget to the sidebar and enable the “Affix or pin the widget.” option on the widget. You must also make sure you have set the “Widget Affix Selector” on the Table of Contents settings admin page.
