Hi @saclaw
Thanks for using PublishPress.
We do have a plugin called PublishPress Revisions that allows to you create updates of a published page. You can then use Statuses to take it through steps as you approve it.
However, there’s no way to have a different status for the original published posts. You may need to create a custom taxonomy to mark them using a plugin like TaxoPress, or go the PublishPress Revisions route.

Thank you. I am checking out Revisions + Planner, which seems like it will work for what we’re doing, but has a bit more learning curve than just changing a status 🙂
I found this post and it is helpful and timely!
Show Scheduled Revisions on the PublishPress Calendar https://publishpress.com/blog/publishpress/scheduled-revisions-publishpress-calendar/
@saclaw I’m glad to hear that 🙂
It was a feature that we released recently. Let me know if you found any issues.
Thanks,

We have now gotten the Pro versions of both Revisions and Planner on our test site and I am not seeing the “Show Revisions” button in the Planner Calendar view. Is there a setting I need to change for it?
Thanks for using PublishPress, @saclaw. We’re not allowed to support the Pro version here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products
