Custom Tag not working

HI,

I have 10 posts and set them as the same tag.

I read the document on your website and find out I can display related from custom tag via shortcode.

So I try this shortcode but it didn’t work.

[irp tags=”9”]

(9 is my tag id)

The shortcode is not shown as text in the article. And the related post gets inserted like the original setting.

What did i do wrong? Please help.

Are the shortcodes still in the article?

When you will insert the shortcodes manually our plugin will not insert any other related box for this article but i found three different related posts within this article, as you can see from the following screenshots

Yes, the shortcode is still in the article. They are at the position i mentioned above.

As i said before. I don’t know why the code not working. They work just like the default setting, when i am not inserting any code.

I think that the code is not working for you because you are using the ending smart quote instead of the straight quote. Please cut and paste this example to see if it solves your problem: [irp tags="94"]

It might be that you’re already doing this but that the quote is being changed by the forum software.

I tried your code with straight quote. I copy/paste the code so it should not be different from yours. It’s still not working.

Right now, the post is using straight quote instead of smart quote.
