Custom tag order

Looking at the Database Description and the taxonomy tables, I believe NO is the answer to your question. Essentially, the order you typed those tags is not maintained.

I’d have to agree with that.

@ma.lauretti – you will want to start with wp-admin/post.php but you might get http://wingrep.com and start searching for the word ‘tag’.

Also, you will want to become conversant with the way WordPress stores tags, and post categories, and link categories, in the terms taxonomy tables. See Database Description.
