custom target?

Hi,
this is a very nice plugin! my only wish is to be able to target a frameset (custom target). i fixed this now in the PHP code (target=”frameset”) but then after each update i need to change those lines again.
perhaps this can be added, although i know for a free plugin can’t ask for much 😉
