[Plugin: Custom Field Template] custom taxonomy in CFT

    I use the custom field template in association with custom post type.
    And I will use specific taxonomies but CFT works only with the traditional category (category ID).
    Is there a workaround for this problem?

    Again, the explanation why I can not use the traditional categories:
    If I use traditional categories in the CPT that are globally available in all post-type.
    but this does not make sense for the CPT.
