Hi there! Over the last week we’ve been setting up your plugin on our staging website before we move it over to production.

We’ve got all the data we want properly displaying on the PDF, however, everything is very jumbled together and we’d like to organize the sections on the document a lot more.

We are using a custom template, editing the invoice.php file, the template-functions.php file and the style.css file. Whenever we try to edit some of the CSS, it breaks the document and forces half of the content down onto a 2nd page for some reason. We want to keep everything all on one page and we want to be able to change the structure/layout of the document quite extensively.

Are there any tips, tricks or information pieces that could help us out with this situation? My follow up question is, does the premium version of your plugin allow us to do what I’ve mentioned above? We need to have full customization control with this.

Thank you for any help/information you’re able to provide, it’s greatly appreciated!

    Hi @ethanadmore,

If you want to achieve this using a custom template, these articles from the plugin’s Docs may be useful:

Please note that we don’t support custom templates: This is offered as a custom job for a fee.

That said, I think that the Premium Templates extension could be enough for you: It includes a customizer that allows you to tailor your PDF documents using product columns and total rows blocks, as well as custom blocks that you can place in different areas of the document (currently 20 different ones) and display based on given conditions (order status, payment method, billing or shipping country, etc). The customizer also allows you to sort items by product name, SKU and category. In addition, Premium Templates provides two additional templates: Business and Modern.

However, since ww.wp.xz.cn doesn’t allow either to answer pre-sale questions or provide premium support in these forums, please write us at [email protected] if you have further questions.
