Custom Templates and Updates

Hello,

First, I have used this plugin for years and absolutely love it!! Keep up the great work!

Is there a way to prevent custom templates from being deleted when the plugin is updated?

Currently, every time there is an update, I have to copy my custom templates back into the templates directory.
