Custom Text based on Domain

    Have two domains mapped to one WordPress site
    Is there a way to create Custom Text based on Domain URL
    ie.
    DomainOne.com = [DomainOneSortcode]
    DomainTwo.com = [DomainTwoSortcode]

    Would like to change Site Title and content based on Domain Name
