    Hello.
    the ability to configure the form fields in several columns, or change structure of the booking form, possible only in the paid versions of Booking Calendar.
    You can configure it in those versions at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
    You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page http://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
