There is no built in feature for that, but here is a solution you can use

If you want something different, you would have to hire a programmer, as my time is too limited because of the work I do. I can recommend one if you ask.

now admin got the ticket no. for every enquiry, but we want to attach this ticket no. to the reply mail to user who send enquiry.

I have to add a filter for altering the subject for the autoresponder. It will be in the next update, then a custom function can be added, similar to the function I linked above. I will update that same page when the new filter and function for autoresponder is available.
OK update to the latest version 4.0.37 or higher, then use the function on this page to add the ticket number to the subject of the autoresponder

I made a correction to the function on the page to fix the ticket number if using in both emails, just now. in case you downloaded it before, check again.
