Custom Ticket Status

Hi,
We’re looking for a ticket system that allows us to specify a number of custom status for the tickets so we can build our own workflow for the tickets.
Is this possible with this plugin? Maybe in the premium version? Can’t see any mention of it in the premium feature list though.
