I have a custom URL set for media uploads “media/2018/12/image-name.jpg”

I believe this is the reason my webp files aren’t displaying – I also have Optimus HQ installed.

Is there some rewrite code I need to add to the .htaccess to resolve this?

    Thanks

  • Indeed, this is likely related to the fact that your image uploads aren’t using the default directory, therefore, Cache Enabler is unable to find and replace them with the WebP alternative. I have made a note of this and added it to features roadmap for future updates.

Thanks – is there any temporary solutions? I’ve bought the premium version of Optimus HQ.

I guess I could make an attempt in the .htaccess without the need for the cache enabler.

I’m sorry but unfortunately, we don’t have a workaround available at the moment.
