Custom URL doesn’t work

    After assigning a specific external redirect URL to each image in the gallery and enabling the option in the general settings, clicking on the image opens a page showing a gray box with a missing image, as if it was not redirected correctly.

    Can you kindly share a link to a page where you have added a gallery having this particular issue so that we can examine it and run tests before we can advise further? Thanks in advance for doing so.
