Is there a way to create custom urls or tab tile specific ulrs instead of urls based on the short code?

Instead of: http://homeportcc.org/serve/#tabs_desc_5441_1

It could be: http://homeportcc.org/serve/#athomeport or http://homeportcc.org/serve/#inthecommunity?
