Custom Variation Parameters

    Can someone point me to the Custom Variation parameters?

    In particular, I’m trying to configure the Zendesk Articles and would like to specify which articles should be displayed (e.g. articles with specified labels sorted by post date).

    Hope you’re well.

    I am sorry but I couldn’t understand what are you trying to refer while saying “Custom Variation parameters”? Can you explain more what are you trying to achieve? Maybe showing with screenshots can help more.

    We don’t have any integration with Zendesk Articles. If the question is related to their products/widgets I think you should ask to their support.

    Hey @digitaldarwin,

    Hope you’re well.

    Thank you for the screenshot. That part of the widget is not coming from Custom Sidebars plugin. It’s related to the widget and you should ask that to that widget support. I also tried to make a search on the web about that but I couldn’t find any information. So only way looks like contacting with “Zendesk” or whoever that widget plugin created.
