Custom/CF URL doesn't have HTTPS/S3 conditional…

Hi Brad,

Forgot I had added a fix for this last time around and lost it during your latest round of updates. There’s no HTTPS handler that will revert custom S3 urls back to their standard ones when HTTPS is detected. It results in 404.
