    Hi,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin and I can’t create a new customer.

    My user in WordPress is missing permissions and I can’t create a customer on the Customers page.

    Hello there
    You can not add customer records manually. Customer is created automatically once they raised a ticket.

    Hello there,

    When a user is registered on your site then a customer record is created but it is visible in the customer table only after he creates a ticket.
