Customer cannot edit profile, such as address, payment options, etc. When customer clicks on Edit profile an error page appears

The link that is stored is: https://footballevents.info/wp-admin/profile.php If I access the link as an administrator, I can edit the profile. If I want that as a customer I get a 404 page
