Customer charged twice

    Hi guys,

    I have a magazine subscription set for 1 payment then to expire, it’s 6 copies over 6 months so I’ve just set 1 payment then expire after 6 months.

    But I’ve had a customer order for the past 2 months being charge 27.00 at the beginning of each month. Is it my setup that’s wrong?

    What is the the billing interval set with the product.? It would be helpful if a screenshot of product edit screen is shared.
