***Tried to open a ticket from your website, since I’m a paying user, but it alwasy fails when I try to send it***

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue when i try to quick edit a published ad, e.g. when i try to add the said ad to any group. You can see from the screenshot that an error notice appears right under the quick edit panel but it’s empty. Ad doesn’t get added to the group from there but it does if I use “normal” edit. From the console I can see this:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'debug_mode')

Another (maybe related) thing: when the “Ad Updated” popup appears, it has some weird chars in it. Maybe an encoding bug on my side? Worth checking, I guess.

On an unrelated note: I always wanted to ask if it’s possible to hide expired ads from the groups panel, we’ve got dozens of them for each group and it makes it very confusing to understand what’s currently published. Thank you!

    Hi @michael-travan,

    Thank you for reaching out!

1- Regarding the issue with the support form, it should be working now, so please feel free to use it again when needed. In case you encounter an issue, please share a screenshot of the error. If possible, also include a screenshot of the browser console.

2- As for the other issue, thank you for reporting it! We were able to reproduce it and will work on a fix.

At the moment, expired ads are not removed automatically from ad groups. Instead, we display a different icon next to them to indicate that they have expired. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. Thank you very much for sharing it.

    Have a great day!

    Hello,

sorry for the late reply. Yes, the support form works now, thank you. Thanks also for the upcoming fix regarding the quick edit feature.

About the expired ads showing up on every group, I’d like you to take a look at my current panel: https://imgbox.com/rdxujbY4 : ) And this is just one group, I have more or less 30 of them. So you can easily understand how confusing this is, from a UX perspective the different icons don’t help much in distinguishing what’s currently active and what is expired. I really hope you could prioritize this in one of the following updates. Thanks again, and keep up the wonderful work you’re doing with this plugin.

    Hi @michael-travan,

Thank you for your feedback and patience.

We have fixed the quick edit error in the latest release.

Regarding the UX change for expired ads in ad groups, I have shared the details with the team, and we will consider it when we work on improving the ad groups page.

Please note that this may take some time before it is ready, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

    Thanks again!

    Best regards,
