I am not able to get the customer number and customer email fields to show up when the user isn’t logged in.

I don’t know what “logged in” means as there doesn’t seem to be any way to manage user login unless it’s through wordpress.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi vancouver,

If you put the customer-form shortcode on a page, it will display the field to input a customer number to see all orders for that customer. And, if you have “Order E-mail Confirmation” set to “User Entered”, it will also display the field to input the email address. You do not have to be logged in to be able to have access to the customer form

And logged in does indeed refer to being logged in to a WordPress user account.
