Customer ID is invalid

    Hello,

    I am using your plugin and I am using my customerID for the sandbox mode for testing but when i placed my order in checkout page it gives me an error: Not a valid customerID. Site’s on Australia. Why is this happenning?

    Any help would be appreciated.
