Customer Invoice Email

Hey,

So I’ve been having an issue of when a customer places an online order sometimes there is no email produced that sends both the customer and I an invoice. The order is being processed as it is showing up when I click on the orders tab. Would there be a way where I can fix this issue as we use these emailed invoices to confirm our orders?
