Copying that data here will not and cannot work here. It just creates a mess that has no value.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ or the like instead and share a link to that paste in reply here.
Hi @bgillingham,
I understand you are running into an error when accessing WooCommerce and that the customer list is appearing blank. I appreciate you sharing the details so far, and I am happy to help you get to the bottom of this.
To properly review what is happening, we will need to take a closer look at the actual error output. As mentioned earlier, the best way to share this is via an external paste service so it remains readable and complete.
Could you please upload the full error log to one of the following: https://pastebin.com, https://gist.github.com, https://quickforget.com. Once uploaded, share the link here so I can review it and guide you on the next steps.
Looking forward to your update so we can pinpoint the cause and get this resolved for you.
Hi @bgillingham,
Thanks for sharing those and your systems report! The error
TypeError: t(...)(...).tz is not a functionsuggests there’s likely a conflict with timezone-related JavaScript functionality.Out of curiosity, when exactly does this error occur? Is it when accessing the WooCommerce admin dashboard, specific WooCommerce pages, or throughout the entire site?
Looking at your setup, I notice you have WP Rocket (a caching plugin) installed but inactive, and there’s an
advanced-cache.phpfile present, which suggests caching is still active. The timezone-related JavaScript error often occurs when cached JavaScript files conflict with WooCommerce’s date/time functions. Here are the steps I’d recommend:
- Even though WP Rocket appears inactive, the advanced-cache.php file suggests caching is still running. Clear any server-level or CDN caching as well.
- With 40 active plugins, there’s a good chance of conflicts. Try temporarily deactivating plugins in groups to isolate the issue, starting with any that might handle dates/times or JavaScript optimization.
- Your system report shows the cart page is missing the proper WooCommerce shortcode, which could be related to the JavaScript errors. Try troubleshooting for JavaScript errors.
I hope that helps. Let us know how that goes!
I only see that error when direct accessing the WooCommerce plugin in the left ribbon menu. However when I access customers the page doesn’t load it stays blank. we don’t have any time zone or time manipulative plugins such as our woo bookings and accommodations plugins as I have turned off everything except what is absolutely needed for production. However this started to occur without the addition or change to plugins. I have updated the plugins and theme recently.
Hi there,
Thank you for the update and for sharing these details.
Since you mentioned the issue started after recently updating your plugins and theme, I’m suspecting there may be a compatibility conflict with the latest version of WooCommerce. Even without adding new plugins, updates can sometimes introduce conflicts between existing plugins, themes, and WooCommerce.
I understand you have already disabled many plugins, but to properly identify the cause, you’ll need to run a full conflict test. Please try the following:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five.
- Then check whether:
- Accessing WooCommerce from the left menu works correctly
- The Customers page loads instead of showing a blank screen
If the issue no longer occurs, this confirms a plugin or theme conflict. You can then reactivate plugins one at a time until the issue returns, which will help identify exactly which one is causing the problem.
Since this is a live production site, I recommend performing the conflict test on a staging site so your live store remains unaffected. You can create a staging site using your hosting provider’s staging feature or by using a staging plugin.https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/
You can follow this guide for detailed steps:
https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/Please let us know the results after testing especially whether the issue still happens with only WooCommerce active and a default theme enabled and we’ll continue assisting from there.
The Plugin “Sales Agent For WooCommerce” Version 1.9.1 By WPExperts appears to be the cause of the issue.
