Customer note field

Hi, I’m still in the process of setting up our Stripe buttons for this website. We would like customers to be able to send money for different things (events/workshops/donations) without necessarily creating a new product for each different thing. So we could create a product (or 3 products ‘Pay for a workshop’, ‘Pay for an event’, Donate) with no fixed price so the customer can set the price and pay as required…

but ideally the customer could add a note to the order saying what it’s for – is this possible? It wouldn’t be a delivery note… just an order note.
