Hi @tboy123 ,
Did you select (blacken) the shortcode then choose size here please?

Yes. When I send a test email, it is in the correct font and just says “note”. However, when I try it as a customer with an actual note, it is not the larger font that I made it to be. The shortcode is the larger font in the text editor section and on the template preview.

Hi @tboy123 ,
Thanks for the reply!
So, please note that YayMail can help you set these parameters, but how its displayed/handled still depends on the different devices types and email viewer types across all devices.
You can try to test with GMAIL web, because GMAIL web is one of the email viewers that handles stylings well.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
-Bruce-
Hmmm. I have been using Gmail to test everything on mobile and desktop on Google Chrome. Any more thoughts?
