Customer Notes Front End Ajax

    We use the tracking form in a modal and it works great for searching orders (Ajax setting activated) but when trying to make customer notes work on the front end it Ajax is not being used and the whole page refreshes instead of just the modal.

    What is the best way to get the customer notes to also use ajax submit?

    Hi Unitas,

    I apologize for the late reply. As you saw, the customer notes aren’t set up to use ajax. The page will indeed reload if the customer notes are updated/submitted. There’s currently no way to make it function with ajax. It is a neat feature idea, though. We’ll note it down and hopefully we can implement something like that.

    Hi Unitas,

    Just to let you know, we released a new plugin update yesterday. The customer notes now update dynamically via ajax on the front end, without reloading the page.
