I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to. Where is the order not registered? And what do you mean if you’re logged, are you talking about being logged in to WordPress?
Could you provide us with a link to your customer order form page?

The thing is … If I logged in WordPress (wp-admin) and I send an order from the Front-End, that order is not saved in the database … The plugin assigns a number order, but if I try to track with that number, no information is displayed.

Thank you for the further information. After submitting an order from the front end, if you go to the “Orders” tab, does the order show up there?
Also, what is the exact shortcode you are using on your tracking page?
