Customer receipt emails confusing

After a customer “purchases” the add ons they receive their email receipt.
The receipt is a little confusing as it shows the add on products in two places. Under the first product section (but the price is not included here) and then again further down the receipt under shipping – where it is itemised with the costs.
Is there a way that the add on product can only appear once in the receipt? Ideally just under the shipping section.
