    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t currently have this option. Customers can only reschedule or cancel their appointments based on the user role permissions set in the backend (User Role settings).

    Service time and duration can only be configured by an admin.
