Customer Support 10/10

Just to start off, I would like to say, this is one of the best plugins to backup files and whole collections of your wordpress site. Their customer support is responsive and very helpful. The only experience I had with them was an issue with restoring files and they went beyond the scope and helping me until the issue was resolved. I will definitely be using this service as long as I’m in business!
