Thank you but I do not want sale reports but customer reports.I already tried to see where with an email log plugin but it doesn’t show any logs
Are you using any other plugin for email reports?
Ok. By default, the email will be sent to the logged-in user email. Make sure you have set up the correct email address in your user account.
My logged in email and my general settings email is the same, its still not doing anything.
Make sure your email is being sent from the website. You can install the WP Mail SMTP plugin and send a test email to your email to verify if the email is working or not.
Then if the email is working then look into WooCommerce – status – log for errors.
