    Hi
    When submit a ticket as a guest, and click the ticket link URL,
    but it does not work correctly.
    After click, I need to continue as a guest, and I am transferred to a new ticket page.
    I think as a guest, I can see a customer view.
    Please teach me how to config.

    Hi there,

    Please follow steps :

    1. Create a support page having shortcode [supportcandy] if not already created.
    2. Go to Dashboard > Settings > General > Support Page and select the page you have created in step 1.

    Please check the issue now.

    Thank you a lot for your quick response,
    but I have already set “Support page”

    Our other general settings that maybe concern are below;
    Allow guest ticket; Yes
    Default Login; WordPress Login Link
    User Registration; Disable
    User Registration Method; WordPress Default Registration
