    Hi,

The WooCommerce has been running for couple weeks now, suddenly the customers listing (WooCommerce -> Customers) not working, it gives error

“There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.Reload”

I’ve checked the browser console, all of the xhr calls result 404, like

    /wp-json/wc-analytics/data/countries?_locale=user

    /wp-json/wc-analytics/admin/notes?page=1&per_page=25&type=error%2Cupdate&status=unactioned&_locale=user

    Appreciate your help.

    Thanks!
    Gary

  • Hi @wingtong

It sounds like something’s messing with your WooCommerce Customers listing, which is definitely frustrating when you’ve been running smoothly for weeks. Those 404 errors mean the server can’t find what it needs. Could you try these two solutions:

    1. Clear your browser cache and any site caching plugins you might be using, as these can sometimes cause issues.
    2. Make sure your WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins are up to date. (Remember to secure a backup of your site for safety before pushing an update).

Give these steps a shot and check if it brings your stats back. If it still doesn’t work please let us know with more details such as a screenshot of what you see exactly. You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot and then paste the link here.

Hi All, I’ve replaced the whole WooCommerce plugin, the issue is now resolved.

BUT, I concern if this will happen again. So that you know, it was one minor version behind, I hope this is not the cause of this. That means if Woo is out-of-date, the stats gone; I also need to mention that, the product page wasn’t loading neither, until I’ve replaced the whole Woo.

    Thanks!

    Hi @wingtong

Thank you for updating us and we’re glad to hear you’ve got things working by replacing/updating the WooCommerce plugin. Staying current with updates can definitely help prevent issues. It’s not guaranteed that an out-of-date plugin was the sole reason, but it can contribute, especially if a lot of features have been updated.

To be on the safe side, regularly check for updates and maintain backups. You check the releases here and the changelogs here. If there’s ever a repeat, reach out right away, and we’ll be here to help. Thanks for being proactive!

Since it’s working fine now, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. If anything else comes up, please feel free to open a new topic.
