Customers missing

    When I add a customer to the the customers list it says that it is added successfully, but disappears. If I add it while creating a new invoice it is not available in the customer drop down list. I have zero customers in the customer table after attempting many times and receiving confirmations.

    I have tried creating a customer in accounting after just hearing from you but all it seems okay so far. I’m not sure why you are facing such a problem though!

    Is there any error on the console you can share with me? Also the site health?

    I am encountering the same problem here. Is this related to PHP version? In my local machine, everything works just fine, but in my server, data is not showing properly but I can see them in the database

    Most of the cases we found as this happened due to the site/server caching. I assume the contact has been created already and saved into the database. Can you please refresh the page hard using the cmd/cntrl+shift+r?
