    Hello WPLoyalty Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m currently using WPLoyalty on my WordPress site and finding it to be a valuable tool for managing our loyalty program. However, I’ve encountered a small usability issue that I’m hoping you can help with.

In the WPLoyalty admin panel under the Customers section, the customer list currently displays users by their email addresses. For our team, it would be much more efficient and user-friendly if we could see customer names (either instead of or alongside their email addresses).

I wanted to reach out to ask:

    1. Is there currently a setting or option to display customer names in this section that I might have missed?
    2. If not, are there any hooks or filters I could use to customize this display?
    3. Would it be possible to consider adding this as a feature in a future update?

Being able to quickly identify customers by name would significantly improve our workflow when managing loyalty points and reviewing customer activity.

Thank you for your time and for creating such a useful plugin. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about WPLoyalty — we’re glad to hear you’re finding it useful.

At the moment, WPLoyalty uses the customer’s email address as the primary identifier for calculating and managing loyalty points. Because of this, the Customers tab currently displays only email IDs, and there is no option or hook available to show customer names in that section.

That said, we understand how displaying customer names (either alongside or instead of email addresses) would improve usability and make it easier to manage customer activity. We’ve noted this as a feature request and will share it with our product team for consideration in a future update.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. If you have any other suggestions or questions, please feel free to let us know — we’re always happy to help.

    Best regards,
    WPLoyalty Support Team
